Google Calendar
I think that I could incorporate google calendar in my school when I start scheduling IEP meetings in the spring. By allowing everyone involved to have access to google calendar then all persons invited could keep up with meeting dates. That would be an easy way to notify everyone when meetings are scheduled. It would also eliminate confusion between teachers. Each person invited could look at google calendar in advance and know when a meeting is scheduled that they need to attend.
